What to include

To help us answer in one reply, please include:

• The page address (URL) where the problem happened.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Your device and browser, for example "Pixel phone, Chrome" or "Windows laptop, Edge".
• Any error message shown on screen.

Never send passwords, API keys, or card or bank details by email. We will never ask for them.

Account and sign-in help

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password first. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us from the address on your account.

Reporting a game

Every game page has a Report a concern option. Use it for broken games, inappropriate content or misleading listings. For partner games, we can remove a listing from Crate Ship Games, but the game itself is hosted by its distributor.

Follow the steps on our Copyright & Takedown Requests page so we have everything needed to act on your notice.

Privacy requests

To ask about the information we hold, or to request deletion, email us from the address on your account. The Privacy Notice describes what we collect and why.

Creators and partnerships

If you build games with the Crate Engine or want to discuss distribution, tell us about your project and include a link to a playable build.
