Treat people with respect
Keep criticism about the game, not the person. Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, sexual exploitation, spam, deceptive promotions, and targeted abuse are not allowed. Respect creators’ ownership and other players’ privacy. Do not pressure anyone to share personal information or move to an unsafe conversation.
Reviews and reporting
Reviews and discussions must reflect genuine experience and disclose any incentive. Do not manipulate ratings or retaliate against people who report problems. Flag unsafe or misleading content with the Report a concern option or by emailing crateshipstudios@gmail.com. These guidelines apply to every community feature we offer, including profiles, listings and future discussion areas.
Moderation and appeals
Depending on severity and repeat behavior, we may warn, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Where appropriate we explain the reason, accept appeals by email, and reconsider with any new evidence. Serious safety issues may require immediate action. These rules apply alongside the Acceptable Use and Copyright policies.
